A preview does not confirm that a particular product or pack is available for an order. Pack sizes, availability, and prices are quoted to approved accounts and may change with supply. Confirm the actual line, pack, quantity, and price before placing an order.
Prices and orders
The Terms of Sale govern minimum orders, volume tiers, taxes, freight, payment, and order confirmation. An order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when Ziona Capital confirms it. A displayed example or planning calculation is not itself an accepted order, credit approval, or separate contractual commitment. The confirmed order and applicable Terms of Sale control the transaction.
Delivery information
Delivery follows the published run days for each metro; the next available run may be later than the next business day. See the delivery schedule and confirm the date for the particular order. The Terms of Sale state that delivery dates are given in good faith and are not conditions of the contract. Website coverage information does not create an additional guarantee or override the written delivery terms.
