SMS Terms
What you agree to if you tick the box asking for order and delivery updates by text, and how to stop them.
What you are opting into
Ticking the SMS box on an application, sample request, or contact form is your express written consent for Ziona Capital, the trading brand of ZIONA LLC, to send text messages to the mobile number you gave us. The messages cover account approval, order confirmation, delivery windows, driver arrival, stock and lane changes that affect an order you have placed, and occasional wholesale offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to texts to open an account, request samples, place an order, or get support. Leave the box unticked and everything reaches you by email instead.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your ordering activity. An active weekly account should expect a handful of messages a week around its delivery days. Message and data rates may apply and are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to end all texts from us. You will get one confirmation that the opt out has been recorded, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected]. You can also ask the trade desk to remove the number from the account at any time.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the carrier network and on your handset being able to receive messages.
Numbers and changes
Give us a mobile number that belongs to your business and that you are authorised to use. If the number changes or is reassigned, tell us so we can stop texting whoever holds it next.
Privacy
Mobile numbers collected for SMS are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf. The Privacy Policy explains the rest, including how to have your data deleted.
