What Ziona Capital collects from a business buyer, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Ziona Capital is the trading brand of ZIONA LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its registered address at 601 E Ash Ln Apt 13103, Euless, TX 76039. ZIONA LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests go to [email protected].
What this site collects
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics product, and embeds no third-party trackers, social widgets, or session recorders. Nothing is stored on your device unless you act.
- Your privacy choice. Stored locally in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every page. It contains the choice you made and the time you made it.
- Calculator inputs. If you accept optional storage, the order size and markup you last entered in the margin calculator are kept locally so you do not have to type them again. They are never sent to us.
- Form submissions. What you type into the account application, sample request, or contact form, together with the page you sent it from, the time, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and availability.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site records an essential-only choice automatically and does not show the consent banner. You do not have to do anything else.
Why we process it
- To assess a wholesale account application and verify that the applicant is a business.
- To answer a sample request or a message sent to the trade desk.
- To fulfil, invoice, and deliver orders placed by an approved account.
- To keep records required by tax, sales tax exemption, and commercial law.
- To secure the site and prevent abuse.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not send marketing to an address that has not asked for it.
Who sees it
Personal information is available to the people at Ziona Capital who need it to open your account, pick and deliver your order, or answer your question. It is shared outside the company only with the service providers that make those things possible, such as our hosting provider, email provider, payment processor, and delivery carriers, and only to the extent each of them needs. It may also be disclosed where the law requires it or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
- Applications that do not become accounts: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Sample requests and messages: 24 months from the last contact.
- Account and transaction records: as long as the account is open and for the retention period required by tax and commercial law afterwards.
- Consent records: for as long as we rely on the consent, plus the period in which a dispute about it could be raised.
Your rights in Texas
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, a Texas resident can ask us to confirm whether we process their personal data, to provide a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to stop processing it for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not carry out any of those last three activities. Residents of other states with comparable laws are given the same treatment.
Send a request to [email protected]. We reply within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days where the request is complex, in which case we tell you before the first period ends. We verify a request by matching it against the details already held on the account. If we refuse a request, we say why and how to appeal it, and an appeal is decided within 60 days. If an appeal is refused you may complain to the Texas Attorney General.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to the address that receives them, and access to submissions and account records is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but we do not retain more than the business needs.
Children
This is a wholesale site for businesses. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is used, the date above changes and the consent banner is shown again so the choice can be made against the current wording.
