Picked against a physical count, checked, wrapped, and staged by lane.

Loaded to the run for your metro, with the manifest attached to the pallet.

Delivered inside the hours on your account, signed for against the manifest.
What delivery costs
Freight is carried by us on any order with a subtotal of $2,500 or more, anywhere in the covered metros. Below that it is quoted on the order before you confirm it, so it is never a surprise on the invoice.
We do not run lanes outside those four metros. If you are outside the map, write to the trade desk with your address: some addresses on the edge of a lane can be added to an existing run, and where they cannot we will say so rather than promise a date we would miss.
If something is wrong on arrival
Check the delivery against the manifest before you sign. Anything short, damaged, or wrong is reported on the day of delivery and is credited or replaced on the next run to your metro.
Photographs help but are not required for a shortage. For damage in transit we ask for one photograph of the case as it arrived, which is what the carrier claim needs.
